How long does it take to deploy AgentX?
The AgentX deployment takes about 45 minutes. There may be additional tasks for you environment that take additional time, such as integration with your enterprise single sign-on, or existing Amazon Connect call flows. If your installation requires porting an existing phone number to AWS, this can require significant lead time. Please work with AWS support or your AWS Technical Account Manager to initiate that process.
How hard is it to deploy AgentX?
AgentX can be managed and deployed with non-technical resources. In many call centers, the call center supervisor or a business analyst can deploy and manage AgentX.
How can I tell the effectiveness of AgentX?
AgentX has excellent reporting capabilities with rich analytic tools, providing information you need to see how effective your Q&As are in addressing callers. You will be able to determine what your callers are calling about, how often AgentX is able to respond effectively to the caller’s questions. AND you’ll be able to tell what they are calling about that you didn’t know about.
What are best practices for AgentX?
We recommend starting with our basic skill pack tailored for your industry vertical such as 311, non-emergency, utility cooperatives or IT. Many common questions and answers can be found as part of the base pack. From there, you can tailor the responses as needed. After first deployment, we recommend reviewing the reporting and adding other common questions and answers. On an ongoing basis, we recommend reviewing the reports and updating your utterances.
How many languages does AgentX know?
AgentX is fluent in 18 different languages and 27 different dialects, but all configuration is done in your native language and translation happens automatically.
How will I be billed for AgentX?
Costs for AgentX will appear on your AWS bill as the “AgentX Base” service.
