Creating a simple call transfer

If your question or utterance requires a call transfer in order to assist the caller, then follow these steps:

  1. As part of the basic questions and answers section above, we did not expand the “Advanced” section. Select an item to Add or Update like you did above. Then scroll down to the advanced section and expand it.

  1. There are a lot of various features here. Scroll down to the Set Session Attributes Section in order to configure a call transfer.

Please note that the text inside the purple circles are required exactly as written (CAPS, dashes, spelling, etc) in order to activate the correct code within AgentX. The red circle is where you will add your own phone number that is the target for the call transfer. It must also be in the official international phone number format as shown in this example.
